You are welcome to visit the Brough Observatory on one of our usual 'open nights' - every Friday, from around 8pm, and we can usually arrange a visit at a quieter time to suit you if you would like to come and have look around. The kettle will be on …or even get a beer in the club house.
You can park in the club carpark - Drive down Skillings Lane and Prescot Avenue (which is a track rather than a road!) is just before the parade of shops... if you pass Sainsbury's on your left you have missed the turn! You can drive to the car park in front of the Blackburn Leisure Club, walk down the side of the club and along the path at the side of the playing fields - you'll see the observatory at the far end of the field.. See the picture on the right the blue dot is the observatory.
